It is the final day of Craft Lightning. We are wrapping up a week of amazing quick and easy camp crafts. I will put up a post in the morning with all of the links for one BIG fabulous round up. Otherwise, you can catch anything you missed with the round ups from day 1, day 2, day 3, and day 4. Now for the day 5 crafts….hang onto your hats!
First up is Frog Prince Paperie and these awesome recycled tin can stilts. I bet you can remember doing something like this as a child. Make some memories for your child or campers and get the instructions for these today.
Next is a monogrammed coaster that can be a gift for mom when returning from camp. You could also vary up the paper with say comic books and let the kids’ imaginations run wild. Get the full tutorial for making these over at Lisa Stuff n Such.
What would camp be without a bunch of little boys? These DIY dinosaur fossils are the perfect quick and easy camp craft for boys. Get the full tutorial for the dough and adding those fun footprints over on A Night Owl blog.
Kids love interactive crafts so this fire breathing dragon from Creative Cynchronicity is perfect. A few supplies (most of which you may have on hand) and this dragon will be breathing fire in no time! Make these with your crafters and then see who can make the best dragon sounds. See the entire supply list and instructions for this one by clicking here.
Next is a yarn chandelier from Albion Gould. This doesn’t look like it can be made in 15 minutes does it?? Well there is a trick to it…and yes it is a super easy and quick craft. Click here to find out the secret and to make your own yard chandelier.
